About Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program

Launched in 2024 by Bharti Airtel Foundation, this scholarship aims to empower meritorious students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, with a strong focus on girl students, enabling them to become future technology leaders.

Key Highlights:

  • Eligibility:

    ✔️ Confirmed admission in first year (2025-26) of UG or 5-year integrated courses in Electronics & Communication, Telecom, IT, Computer Sciences, Data Sciences, Aerospace, AI, IoT, AR/VR, ML, Robotics
    ✔️ Studying at top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering institutes/universities (2024 rankings)
    ✔️ Note: IIT Patna is the only eligible institute in Bihar under this program.
    ✔️ Annual family income ≤ ₹8.5 lakh
    ✔️ Indian citizen and resident

     

  • Benefits:

    ✅ 100% coverage of annual fees, including tuition, hostel, and mess charges
    ✅ Laptop provision in first year
    ✅ Scholarship for full course duration (up to 5 years), subject to renewal

     

  • Inclusivity Preference:

    Girl students, persons with disabilities, students with single/no parents, and transgender students.

     

  • Last Year’s Data:

    In 2024-25, 276 scholars were selected against a planned intake of 250, with 22% being girls.

     

Our Role and Support
